For badminton court flooring installation: Once the PVC sports flooring arrives at the project site, please spread it out and lay it flat on the ground for 1-2 days to allow the PVC sports flooring to fully adapt to the environment.
01. Check whether the ground is level or not. If it is not level, you need to do self-leveling.
02. Clean the ground and apply the glue. Then use the equipment to blow the ground for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive glue reaches the highest viscosity.
03. Lay the PVC sports flooring in the same order as the badminton court and cut off the excess.
04. Use the machine to cut the groove between the PVC flooring, so that it is easy to weld the wires into the center seam.
05. Use the machine to embed the welding wires into the groove and cut off the excess welding wires. Make the PVC flooring seamless.
